La persona seleccionada deberá tener una clara orientación al cliente, ser una persona proactiva, resolutiva, con capacidad negociadora, habilidades comunicativas y muy orientada a objetivos. Habituado al trabajo a puerta fría y a la atención de citas concertadas. Se pedirá experiencia demostrable en el sector energético. - Enseñanza secundaria obligatoria. - De 3 a 5 años de experiencia como comercial, captación de clientes. -Vehículo propio. -Experiencia vendiendo cambio de comercializadora, o venta de ACS, alarmas, cursos de formación, seguros o telefonía (experiencia demostrable) -Se valorará cartera propia de clientes.

- Dominio Inglés: Nivel C1. - Orientación al cliente y ventas. - Flexibilidad. - Trabajo en equipo. - Afinidad por el producto. - Valorable conocimiento de otros idiomas

Main Requirements: - Very Good Level of English - EU Citizenship - REPS 3 instructor including two of the following: Exercise to Music or equivalent, Gym Instructor award, Personal Training Award or Degree. - Good overall standard of general education. -Previous experience providing high quality customer service in the leisure and fitness industry/health resort environment. Main Skills - Ability to use all Microsoft packages and other systems to a good standard. - Demonstrable customer service skills and the desire to go the extra mile to ensure guests have a memorable, high quality experience. - An excellent team worker who is reliable and demonstrates good timekeeping. - Excellent communication skills to ensure effective working relationships within and across departments. - Excellent communication skills as well as an excellent command of the English language. -Knowledge, background and passion for the fitness and leisure industry. - A polite, friendly, welcoming and helpful nature. - Exceptionally well groomed and presented and dress in full company uniform at all times. - The ability to work with discretion and in confidence, respecting guest privacy.

Technical Skills: - 2 years on Weblogic Server 10.3 (infrastructure, development, monitoring) - 2 years on Web Application infrastructures - Autonomous on customizing Weblogic platform - Development skills with system knowledge - Experience in management & designing of web apps Functional Skills: - Ability to learn quickly various functionalities of application - Testing process knowledge - Deployment process knowledge - Detailed Functional Specification writing
