Experiencia técnica en desarrollo de aplicaciones Java de al menos dos años.

Unibertsitate mailako prestakuntza duen pertsona baten bila gabiltza, euskara eta ingelesa menderatzen dituena (C1 maila edo parekoa), eta kudeaketa postuetan gutxienez hamar urteko esperientzia duena, bai kultur proiektuetan, bai kultur eta sormenezko industrietan edo, beste arlo profesional batzuetan aritu arren, kulturarekiko interesa eta sentsibilitatea adierazten duena. Ikuspegi estrategikoa eta nazioarteko begirada izan behar ditu, eta proiektu konplexuen kudeaketan eskarmentua erakutsi. Lidergo dohainak izan behar ditu, komunikaziorako trebezia handia eta lantalde anitzak kudeatzen esperientzia. Buscamos a una persona con formación universitaria, con dominio del euskera e inglés (C1 o similar) y con una experiencia mínima de diez años en puestos de gestión, bien sea de proyectos culturales, de industrias culturales y creativas o que, procediendo de otros ámbitos profesionales, manifieste interés y sensibilidad hacia el mundo de la cultura. Debe aportar visión estratégica e internacional y demostrar experiencia en la gestión de proyectos complejos. Debe poseer dotes de liderazgo, elevada capacidad de comunicación y experiencia en la gestión de equipos multidisciplinares.
