Main requirements: • EU Nationality • Good level of English, both written and spoken • Food hygiene certificate - if not, training can be given • Food and beverage management and/or hotel management qualification advantageous but not essential. • Experience of supervising staff in a quality restaurant preferable • Previous experience of working in a high-quality establishment • Good understanding of all applicable Health & Safety legislation • Attention to detail

Main Requirements: · Good English communication skills - both written and verbal · Experience in a day-care setting · Bachelor Degree in Early Years / Pre - School (0 - 6 Years old) - Mandatory · A sound knowledge of child development for children aged birth to five years · An understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum · An understanding of a play based approach to children's learning and the value of outdoors experiences · Understanding of the key worker role

Requirements - Minimum 1 year experience in providing a high level of customer service; - Native level of Dutch and second European language at fluent level; - High level of experience and success in dealing with and resolving customer issues; - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - written and verbal; - Excellent telephone manner with the ability to build relationship with customer and understand customer perspective; - High level of computer literacy with the ability to use internal systems to fully investigate and record information; - Experience in analyzing information and data to identify facts and root cause of issue; - Ability to work in partnership and across functions to find solutions; - Professional and business orientated; - Able to provide win-win solutions and take a bigger picture view.
