The candidate should be highly independent, focused on problem resolutions as the project´s success will depend on the candidate´s determination and persistence. Education in the field of electrics, or measure & control, or computer is essential. A couple of years experience in a technical position as field engineer in an international environment will be considered as a pre. The candidate should pursue high standard quality in his work. •Intermediate Technical Education in the field of either Electronic Engineering Technology, Computer Engineering Technology, Measurement and Control Technology •a minimum of 2 years relevant experience in the field as Service Engineer •Willingness to travel frequently – for the job it is needed to travel approx. 70% of the working days out of the year with stay over on location including weekends. The service engineer is responsible for following, within the projects assigned to him: •Collecting specification •Get official acceptance of systems from customer •Assist in After Service when not travelling •Solve and repair defects •Report on activities through a trip report •Use all knowledge and tools available in the company through the department Customer Support Duties and Activities: Within the projects assigned to the service engineer: •Visit customers for maintenance and trouble shooting •Install and take into production of QIPC products on site •Train end users •Solve and repair (technical) defects through visits and phone assistance •Look after QIPC’s interest

Para ocupar éste puesto, deberás contar con formación técnica universitaria, Ingeniería técnica o superior , Minas.., una experiencia de entre dos y cinco años en mejora de procesos y/o producción en empresa industrial y aportar un nivel fluido de inglés. Main Skills - Ability to use all Microsoft packages and other systems to a good standard. - Demonstrable customer service skills and the desire to go the extra mile to ensure guests have a memorable, high quality experience. - An excellent team worker who is reliable and demonstrates good timekeeping. - Excellent communication skills to ensure effective working relationships within and across departments. - Excellent communication skills as well as an excellent command of the English language. -Knowledge, background and passion for the fitness and leisure industry. - A polite, friendly, welcoming and helpful nature. - Exceptionally well groomed and presented and dress in full company uniform at all times. - The ability to work with discretion and in confidence, respecting guest privacy.

Titulación Académica: -. Titulación Universitaria (Ingeniería Superior; Licenciado en física; Arquitecto; Ingeniería Técnica; Arquitecto Técnico; Diplomado en Máquinas Navales). Experiencia docente: -. Certificado de profesionalidad de Docencia de la Formación Profesional para el Empleo. -. Certificado de Aptitud pedagógica (CAP). -. Máster Universitario en Formación del Profesorado de Educación Secundaria Obligatoria y Bachillerato. -. 600 horas de impartición en Formación Profesional para el Empleo o Sistema Educativo. Experiencia profesional: al menos 2 años en la materia a impartir.

Residir en la ciudad donde radica el centro, licenciado/a en filología inglesa o nativo/a licenciado/a. Certificado de inglés C1del MCERL o equivalente. Mínimo un año de experiencia en clases de inglés a adultos para B1- B2- o C1.
