Mínimo 2-3 años de experiencia. Perfil junior, preferentemente que no proceda del Sector. Con iniciativa, proactividad, capacidad de adaptación, orientación al cliente y habilidades en ventas.

Key Languages: - Native level of German - Advanced level of English Core Skills/Experience: - Minimum 1 year of working experience of Amadeus - Working experience in the Travel industry - Experience in Customer Relations - Excellent oral and written communication skills

Main Requirements: - Very Good Level of English - EU Citizenship - REPS 3 instructor including two of the following: Exercise to Music or equivalent, Gym Instructor award, Personal Training Award or Degree. - Good overall standard of general education. -Previous experience providing high quality customer service in the leisure and fitness industry/health resort environment. Main Skills - Ability to use all Microsoft packages and other systems to a good standard. - Demonstrable customer service skills and the desire to go the extra mile to ensure guests have a memorable, high quality experience. - An excellent team worker who is reliable and demonstrates good timekeeping. - Excellent communication skills to ensure effective working relationships within and across departments. - Excellent communication skills as well as an excellent command of the English language. -Knowledge, background and passion for the fitness and leisure industry. - A polite, friendly, welcoming and helpful nature. - Exceptionally well groomed and presented and dress in full company uniform at all times. - The ability to work with discretion and in confidence, respecting guest privacy.

REQUISITOS DE FORMACIÓN: • Titulación Universitaria: Químicas, Agrícola, Ciencias Medioambientales, etc. • Se valorará Formación adicional en temas de Calidad, Medioambiente, entre otras. EXPERIENCIA PRÁCTICA EXIGIDA: • Experiencia mínima de 5 años en las funciones descritas. • Experiencia coordinación y gestión de proyectos y personal. • Se valorarán conocimientos de Inglés. • Nivel medio-avanzado del Paquete Office. OTROS REQUISITOS (CUALIDADES PERSONALES): • Residencia en Madrid. • Buenas dotes de comunicación y negociación. • Actitud proactiva, organizada y con un elevado nivel de interlocución. • Habituado a tratar con clientes y proveedores.

- Contar con experiencia previa en estudios INE.. - Tener experiencia previa en atención al cliente o trabajos relacionados con atención al cliente.

Ingeniería Técnica Industrial - Obra Civil. Experiencia mínima de 5 años en puesto similar. Conocimientos en la gestión de obras hidráulicas en entornos urbanos y/o mantenimiento de redes, abastecimiento y saneamiento. Experiencia con empresas andaluzas de abastecimiento y saneamiento de agua.
