FP Auxiliar de enfermería o similar Se valorarán conocimientos de alemán e inglés

- Experiencia en el sector de la tercera edad. - Competencias personales adecuadas para el trato con el paciente.

Main requirements are:  • EU Veterinary Degree • Good level of English • Ideally started the RCVS registration  • Working experience with small or big animals

• EU nationality • English level – to a reasonable conversation standard • Understanding of Home care job role • Motivated to work with the elderly and dependant individuals • Driving licence – confident to drive in the UK – lessons/practice provided • Good personality and professional attitude • Genuine desire to help others • Physically fit and hard working • Flexible to work various shifts including weekends • Willing to work 50+ hours per week including weekends • Over 21 years of age

- Minimum 1 year experience in providing a high level of customer service; - Native level of German and second European language at fluent level; - High level of experience and success in dealing with and resolving customer issues; - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - written and verbal; - Excellent telephone manner with the ability to build relationship with customer and understand customer perspective; - High level of computer literacy with the ability to use internal systems to fully investigate and record information; - Experience in analyzing information and data to identify facts and root cause of issue; - Ability to work in partnership and across functions to find solutions; - Professional and business orientated; - Able to provide win-win solutions and take a bigger picture view.

Experiencia demostrable en desarrollo de sistemas de cumplimento de la ley de protección de datos de carácter personal. Nivel básico medio y superior. Experiencia en la implantación del resto de proyectos. Muy importante dotes comerciales, realizará prospección de clientes y visitas junto al equipo comercial. Acostumbrado a trabajar por objetivos y orientación al cliente.

Se requiere Licenciatura / Ingeniería Superior y Menos de 1 año de experiencia - Nivel alto de inglés - Formación en Psicologia de las organizaciones, Relaciones Laborales, o formación relacionada
