Buscamos un perfil con Formación Universitaria Superior (siendo valorable Ingeniería) experiencia de al menos 3- 5 años en funciones comerciales en ámbito internacional, valorándose especialmente en sectores como Ingeniería, arquitecturas…estando habituado a trabajar por proyectos. Será imprescindible contar con un nivel de inglés y francés C1, así como disponibilidad para viajar al menos un 70% del tiempo.

Ciclo grado medio en rama industrial. Experiencia en puesto similar en empresa industrial. Disponibilidad horaria. Residencia cercana al centro de trabajo.

The candidate should be highly independent, focused on problem resolutions as the project´s success will depend on the candidate´s determination and persistence. It is also important a fluent level of English (verbal and writing) which is the daily communication language in the company. Education in the field of electrics, or measure & control, or computer is essential. A couple of years experience in a technical position as field engineer in an international environment will be considered as a pre. The candidate should pursue high standard quality in his work. •Intermediate Technical Education in the field of either Electronic Engineering Technology, Computer Engineering Technology, Measurement and Control Technology •a minimum of 2 years relevant experience in the field as Service Engineer •Willingness to travel frequently – for the job it is needed to travel approx. 70% of the working days out of the year with stay over on location including weekends. The service engineer is responsible for following, within the projects assigned to him: •Collecting specification •Get official acceptance of systems from customer •Assist in After Service when not travelling •Solve and repair defects •Report on activities through a trip report •Use all knowledge and tools available in the company through the department Customer Support Duties and Activities: Within the projects assigned to the service engineer: •Visit customers for maintenance and trouble shooting •Install and take into production of QIPC products on site •Train end users •Solve and repair (technical) defects through visits and phone assistance •Look after QIPC’s interest

Main Requirements: - Very Good Level of English - EU Citizenship - REPS 3 instructor including two of the following: Exercise to Music or equivalent, Gym Instructor award, Personal Training Award or Degree. - Good overall standard of general education. -Previous experience providing high quality customer service in the leisure and fitness industry/health resort environment. Main Skills - Ability to use all Microsoft packages and other systems to a good standard. - Demonstrable customer service skills and the desire to go the extra mile to ensure guests have a memorable, high quality experience. - An excellent team worker who is reliable and demonstrates good timekeeping. - Excellent communication skills to ensure effective working relationships within and across departments. - Excellent communication skills as well as an excellent command of the English language. -Knowledge, background and passion for the fitness and leisure industry. - A polite, friendly, welcoming and helpful nature. - Exceptionally well groomed and presented and dress in full company uniform at all times. - The ability to work with discretion and in confidence, respecting guest privacy.

- Gestión de altas, bajas y modificaciones de los trabajadores en Seguridad Social y en el SEPE. - Usuario avanzado del Sistema Siltra de la Seguridad Social. - Usuario avanzado del paquete office, en las aplicaciones Excel y Word. - Se valorará conocimientos de inglés a nivel B2
