Experiencia en procesos de rectificado, estampación y mecanizado. Experiencia como responsable de turno o encargado o jefe de equipo en fábrica industrial. Experiencia en liderazgo. Excelentes habilidades comunicativas. Resolutivo, proactivo y autónomo para la toma de decisiones en su ámbito de responsabilidad. Con facilidad para adaptarse a los cambios. Trabajo en equipo. Inglés valorable.

• Business or Engineering/Technical background. • Master´s Degree. • Deep understanding of Accounting, Finance, Control, Treasury and HR business processes. • Proven experience in similar roles supporting Administration, Finance, Control, Treasury and HR areas from IT in identifying functional requirements in order to drive performance improvement through technological and digital transformation projects. • +8 years of experience. At least 5 in similar role in IT Departments or IT Consulting (Big4 or similar).

Experiencia en programación de soluciones empresariales (C++ o .NET), conocimientos de SAP Business ONE.

- Experiencia en funciones propias del puesto de al menos 2 años - Residencia cercana a la zona - Disponibilidad para trabajar de 9 a 13 de lunes a viernes - Disponibilidad de incorporación inmediata - Muy valorable poseer conocimiento de inglés - Vehículo propio - Capacidad autónoma de trabajo - Actitud proactiva y enfocada al cliente

*Experiencia previa en posición similar. *Perfil orientado al cliente. *Idiomas: castellano y catalán. *Persona organizada, responsable y acostumbrada a trabajar bajo presión.

Formación académica acorde al puesto. Imprescindible nivel avanzado de inglés (mínimo nivel B2). Se valorarán otros idiomas. Carnet de conducir. No es necesaria experiencia previa.
