A couple of years experience in a technical position as field engineer in an international environment will be considered as a pre. The candidate should pursue high standard quality in his work. •Intermediate Technical Education in the field of either Electronic Engineering Technology, Computer Engineering Technology, Measurement and Control Technology •a minimum of 2 years relevant experience in the field as Service Engineer •Willingness to travel frequently – for the job it is needed to travel approx. 70% of the working days out of the year with stay over on location including weekends. The service engineer is responsible for following, within the projects assigned to him: •Collecting specification •Get official acceptance of systems from customer •Assist in After Service when not travelling •Solve and repair defects •Report on activities through a trip report •Use all knowledge and tools available in the company through the department Customer Support Duties and Activities: Within the projects assigned to the service engineer: •Visit customers for maintenance and trouble shooting •Install and take into production of QIPC products on site •Train end users •Solve and repair (technical) defects through visits and phone assistance •Look after QIPC’s interest

Residir en la ciudad donde radica el centro, licenciado/a en filología inglesa o nativo/a licenciado/a. Certificado de inglés C1del MCERL o equivalente. Mínimo un año de experiencia en clases de inglés a adultos para B1- B2- o C1.

Fp de Grado Superiro en administración. Nivel medio-alto de inglés hablado, escrito y comprensión. Experiencia en puesto similar de 1 año.

Ciclo formativo de Grado Superior y/o Diplomatura. Buen dominio en la utilización y actualización contenido páginas Web Carnet de conducir. Experiencia en atención a clientes y funciones comerciales de al menos un año

To be successful in this job you should have a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Economy or similar with good Microsoft office skills especially excel. Experience working in the Swedish / Finnish market is preferred together with an international background. You should feel comfortable talking to customers, working in a finance environment with an emphasis on quality and innovation. You should have good problem solving and teamwork skills. Experience in customer service is needed; any experience in credit collections is positively valued. The candidate should be ready to go the extra mile, able to deal with occasional stress and take on additional responsabilities. The language requirements for this position are Swedish / Finnish (native level standard), any other languages are a plus.
