The service engineer is responsible for following, within the projects assigned to him: •Collecting specification •Get official acceptance of systems from customer •Assist in After Service when not travelling •Solve and repair defects •Report on activities through a trip report •Use all knowledge and tools available in the company through the department Customer Support Duties and Activities: Within the projects assigned to the service engineer: •Visit customers for maintenance and trouble shooting •Install and take into production of QIPC products on site •Train end users •Solve and repair (technical) defects through visits and phone assistance •Look after QIPC’s interest

Tener el certificado de discapacidad o resolución ITP. Se valorará titulaciones universitarias. Conocimientos informáticos: programas de tratamiento de texto y hojas de cálculo para elaboración de cuadros de control. Conocimientos de marketing comercial hotelero, adquiridos por experiencia profesional, o mediante la realización de algún curso de especialización. Carné de conducir. Disponibilidad para desplazamientos. Maestra de educación primaria con nivel mínimo acreditado C1 de inglés

Residir en la ciudad donde radica el centro, licenciado/a en filología inglesa o nativo/a licenciado/a. Certificado de inglés C1del MCERL o equivalente. Mínimo un año de experiencia en clases de inglés a adultos para B1- B2- o C1.

Edad, mínimo 25 y máximo de 50 años, con experiencia comercial (no imprescindible). Formación, desde Bachillerato-COU ó FP II, preferible diplomatura universitaria. Arraigo en la población de la oferta de trabajo.
