- Experiencia dilatada y reciente en el puesto - Disponibilidad para trabajar a turnos rotativos (mañana, tarde y noche), similar a turno inglés

- Curso de medicina concluido en la Unión Europea (preferencialmente); - Especialidad concluida en la Unión Europea (preferencialmente); - Nacionalidad Europea (preferencialmente); - Conocimientos de Francés (nivel B1/B2);

Key Languages: - Native level of Dutch or Flemish - Upper-advanced level of English Core Skills/Experience: - Previous experience as a Team Lead or Supervisor in a Contact-Center - Effective Customer service management skills (communication and leadership) - Expertise in troubleshooting and analysis - Dynamism and ability to motivate a team, hands-on - Quick-thinker, result-oriented and a team player - Responsible and organized, able to work closely together in a fast-paced environment

Formación en Ingeniería. Experiencia en Calidad en planta de producción. Nivel alto de Inglés. Formación en ISO-TS. Carácter proactivo.
