Profile:5-10 years of previous experience as Territory Manager preferably in a PPE manufacturer company (no distributors or importers) or in companies that manufacture industrial “consumables” products for the automotive or energy industry (Industrial lubricants, abrasives, automotive machinery/equipment, personal protective equipment, adhesives, welding consumables, etc).Understanding of category management principles Hands-on attitude, with self-initiative, generating new ideas.Highly dynamic High negotiation skills, at senior level on commercial and technical basis.Experience in working within a matrix organisation (local / global) is an asset.Fluent English is a strong asset Strong knowledge of Excel (management of spreadsheets, pivot tables, filters, etc) Experience using CRM systems Experience using ERP systems is an asset

FORMACION ACADEMICA Ingeniería Superior o Grado+Master (especialidad: Electricidad, Electrónica de Potencia o Telecomunicaciones). EXPERIENCIA PROFESIONAL Necesaria experiencia (3 años como mínimo) en áreas técnicas relacionadas con la instrumentación y procesamiento de señal, la electricidad-electrónica y la compatibilidad electromagnética. Deseable experiencia en gestión de proyectos IDIOMAS: Elevado dominio del inglés hablado y escrito. Valorables idiomas adicionales (francés y/o alemán) COMPETENCIAS TECNICAS / COMPORTAMIENTOS ESPERADOS • Orientación al cliente: dar el mejor servicio al cliente debe ser la máxima prioridad. A couple of years experience in a technical position as field engineer in an international environment will be considered as a pre. The candidate should pursue high standard quality in his work. •Intermediate Technical Education in the field of either Electronic Engineering Technology, Computer Engineering Technology, Measurement and Control Technology •a minimum of 2 years relevant experience in the field as Service Engineer •Willingness to travel frequently – for the job it is needed to travel approx. 70% of the working days out of the year with stay over on location including weekends. The service engineer is responsible for following, within the projects assigned to him: •Collecting specification •Get official acceptance of systems from customer •Assist in After Service when not travelling •Solve and repair defects •Report on activities through a trip report •Use all knowledge and tools available in the company through the department Customer Support Duties and Activities: Within the projects assigned to the service engineer: •Visit customers for maintenance and trouble shooting •Install and take into production of QIPC products on site •Train end users •Solve and repair (technical) defects through visits and phone assistance •Look after QIPC’s interest
