- Ser ciudadano de la Unión Europea. - Título universitario de Grado en Enfermería o DUE cursado en una universidad de la Unión Europea. - Carnet de conducir B para automóviles. - Valorable experiencia previa de 1 año como enfermero/a, aunque no imprescindible. - No es preciso nivel de idioma para participar en el proceso de selección.

Main Requirements: - Very Good Level of English - EU Citizenship - REPS 3 instructor including two of the following: Exercise to Music or equivalent, Gym Instructor award, Personal Training Award or Degree. - Good overall standard of general education. -Previous experience providing high quality customer service in the leisure and fitness industry/health resort environment. Main Skills - Ability to use all Microsoft packages and other systems to a good standard. - Demonstrable customer service skills and the desire to go the extra mile to ensure guests have a memorable, high quality experience. - An excellent team worker who is reliable and demonstrates good timekeeping. - Excellent communication skills to ensure effective working relationships within and across departments. - Excellent communication skills as well as an excellent command of the English language. -Knowledge, background and passion for the fitness and leisure industry. - A polite, friendly, welcoming and helpful nature. - Exceptionally well groomed and presented and dress in full company uniform at all times. - The ability to work with discretion and in confidence, respecting guest privacy.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS Previous experience of Linux/Unix and MS Windows System support,Detailed understanding of core Internet technologies, including Routing and Switching, DNS, DHCP, mail transport, OSI Model,Experience in a customer-facing, technical role requiring solid technical aptitude, alongside excellent written and verbal communication skills at all levels of seniority,Previous experience supervising a team,Demonstrated project management capability, especially in technical task execution,Strong analytical skills with a proven flair for problem solving,Proven ability to operate autonomously in high pressure situations, to successfully handle multiple conflicting priorities,Attention-to-detail: you’re conscientious in developing clear and concise documentation,You possess a demonstrable willingness to learn and apply new technology, as well as the capacity to travel for up to 25% of your work,This position will involve some physical labour: IT Support Technicians may need to work in confined spaces, possibly in 48-inch crawl spaces, or inside air handlers,Lifting up to 40kg,Site cleanliness and maintenance work,Working at height, in elevated spaces.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Vendor certification in Linux/Unix System Support, MS Windows System Support, Cisco knowledge – LAN / WAN and Wireless,IT / ICT higher education qualification,Previous experience in a dynamic environment with a high degree of customer service,Help Desk or Technical Support management experience,Telecom knowledge, including VOIP / SIP and mobile, would be advantageous,You’re able to coordinate with corporate-based support groups, in order to implement IT modifications.
